You Are On Your Own; Yahweh is Not Omniscient
The bible says God is all knowing, he knows what we think, our secrets, sees everything and it is impossible to hide from him. This is outlined by these verses; 1 Samuel 2:3, Job 28:24, 37:16, Proverbs 15:3 and so on and so forth. But below, we get to find out that he doe not know everything.
Gen 3:8-13- God's creation, Adam and Eve hide themselves from God. They hide behind bushes to hide their nakedness. God searches for them and interrogates them.
Gen 18:20-21. Then the lord said "the outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is so great and their sins are grievous". In verse 21, God decides to go down and see with his eyes if the outcry he had heard was indeed true.
Genesis 6:6. And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. A God who knows everything would surely know that his creation would become faulty and would have no need to regret.
Genesis 32:22-30- Jacob has a physical fight with God. Jacob hits him at the hip, then subdues him. God Finally asks him who he is, as if he didn't already know
Numbers 22:9- Baalam and the officials of Moabites wait up late at night for God, who shows up for the meeting as expected. God asks Baalam who the men in his company were.
Job 1:7, 2:2- The Lord asks Satan where he has been, then Satan answers that he had just been wandering here and there.
Hosea 8:4- There were princes of Israel who underwent a setting up without the knowledge of God.
Deuteronomy 8:1-2- God says that he made the children of Israel to wander 40 years in the desert just to test their obedience. Yet God is claimed to know what is in everyone's hearts.
In Conclusion, God probably does not know everything or he pretends not to know everything. Either way, God does not portray omniscience.
